Their Research aims to Queer the Gap within research and within communities. In other words, we aim to bridge the gap within research to include LGBTQ+ individuals and ensure LGBTQ+ individuals are taken into consideration in regard to practices and policies. We also aim to bridge the gap between cisgender, straight individuals and the LGBTQ+ community through our LGBTQ+ inclusivity trainings.
