We are a research consulting business and offer services uniquely catered to your specific needs. We can conduct research studies ourselves or we can assist with research you are conducting and assist at any level of the research process (i.e., data collection, study design, data cleaning, analyses, interpreting results, reports, presentations). We specialize in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methodology social science research. We usually work remotely so the location of your nonprofit, business, university, or group should not be a problem. 

Program Evaluation

We conduct program evaluations to test the effectiveness of your program(s) and/or interventions. Evaluation is an important part of ensuring programs are evidence-based and having an impact. This is also a vital part of improving and shifting programs to ensure the needs of clients/patients/individuals are being met. We can conduct the entire program evaluation ourselves. 

Grant Writer

We can write or assist with grant writing . We can also conduct a preliminary or pilot study if applicable. 

The primary researcher at Their Research has a PhD in criminal justice and has over 9 years of experience with grant writing. They have contributed to grants that received funding from the National Institute of Justice (NIJ), the Ohio Office of Criminal Justice Services (OCJS), as well as local grants from universities (e.g., School of Criminal Justice at University of Cincinnati). 

Policy Analysis

We conduct policy analyses based on your specific needs. We can evaluate current policies and implementation to obtain more information around effectiveness, compliance, and even enforcement. We can make reports, presentations, and recommendations based on findings. 

Evaluator 

We can be your sole or even co-evaluator to design a study, collect data, analyze data, interpret findings, engage in report writing, and presenting the information to a variety of audiences.  

LGBTQ+ Inclusivity Assessment

We can conduct LGBTQ+ inclusivity assessments in the workplace to determine how inclusive it is for LGBTQ+ individuals.
